FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The Tongue Refresher
1. What exactly is the Tongue Refresher?
A palm-sized tool with a smooth oval loop at the top, a narrow handle in the middle, and a flared base that lets it stand upright on your counter. After brushing, you glide the oval head across your tongue — slowly, once or twice. That's the whole product.
2. What does it actually feel like?
A cool, bright tingle across your tongue that fades over a few minutes. Most people describe the routine as feeling finished afterward — like the last step finally got done. If you don't feel it, that's what the 30-day guarantee is for.
3. How do I use it correctly?
Finish brushing. Grip the handle — never the loop. Stick your tongue out naturally and glide the oval head from the middle of your tongue toward the tip, with light pressure. One or two slow passes. Rinse the tool, stand it back on its base. About ten seconds total.
4. Is it a dental device?
No. It's a sensory accessory — it isn't a medical or dental device, and it doesn't replace brushing, flossing, or dental care. It's the part of the routine that just feels good.
5. Can I use it every day?
Yes — it's designed for exactly that. Once or twice a day, right after brushing. Light pressure is all it takes; pressing harder doesn't improve anything.
6. How do I clean and store it?
Rinse it under running water for a couple of seconds and set it back on its base to air-dry. That's the entire maintenance routine. The base keeps it off the counter surface between uses.
7. How long does one last?
It's a single solid piece with no moving parts, no refills, and no batteries. With normal daily use it lasts for months — inspect it like you would any daily-use object and replace it when it shows wear.
8. What's the difference between the Single and the 2-Pack?
The Single is $12.95 with $3.99 shipping. The 2-Pack is $20.00 with free shipping — one for home, one for the gym bag or travel kit. Most customers start with the 2-Pack.
9. Can I get it engraved?
Yes — up to 5 characters per Refresher. Engrave one for +$3, or both for +$5 total. Engraved orders add about a business day to processing.
The Whitening Pen
10. How does the Whitening Pen work?
Twist the base to dispense the hydrogen peroxide gel onto the brush tip, paint a thin layer onto your teeth, and let it sit per the timing on the package. It's a cosmetic product for brighter-looking teeth — not a medical treatment.
11. Will it cause sensitivity?
Some people get temporary sensitivity from peroxide products. If that happens, skip a day or two, then ease back in. If it persists, stop using it. The gel works on natural enamel only — crowns, veneers, and fillings won't lighten.
12. How many uses are in one pen?
Roughly 30 applications, depending on how much gel you dispense per use. Store it capped and upright at room temperature — the same cabinet as your toothbrush.
13. Can I use the Pen and the Refresher together?
That's what the Refresh + Whiten Combo is for. Apply the Pen as directed, and use the Refresher after brushing for the ten-second finish. They do different jobs in the same routine.

14. How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $15+. Orders under $15 are a flat $3.99, and express is $15. Orders process in 1–2 business days; select international destinations are available at checkout.
15. What's the return policy?
