How Returns Work
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return:

1. Email chase@chasinsmiles.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a return confirmation and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
